Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants; Duty to Update Information. All representations, warranties and covenants made by the Sub-Adviser, the Adviser and the Company pursuant to Section 4, 5 and 6, respectively, shall survive for the duration of this Agreement and each party hereto shall promptly notify the other parties hereto in writing upon becoming aware that any of the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants made by it are no longer true in any material respect.
