Common use of Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following the Closing Date.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following the Closing DateSubscriber.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following and the Closing DateUnderwriter.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing for a period of two years and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following and the Closing DateAgents.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber Subscriber, with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following the Closing DateSubscriber.

The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall and continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following the Closing, in each case notwithstanding such Closing Dateor any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber and the Agent for a period of two four years following after the Closing Date.

The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following and the Closing DateAgents.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement and the Agency Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following the Closing DateSubscriber.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber Corporation for a period of two years following the Closing DateClosing.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing andand continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two (2) years after the Closing Date, in each case notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following the Closing Date.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber following the Closing Date for a period of two years following one year notwithstanding any subsequent disposition by the Closing DateSubscriber of any of the Securities.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber and the Agent for a such maximum period of two years following time as the Closing DateAgent or the Subscriber may be entitled to commence an action under the Agency Agreement.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period and the Agents (as provided herein pursuant to the terms of two years following the Closing DateAgency Agreement).

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing andand continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of six months following Closing, in each case notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following the Closing Date.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties warranties, acknowledgements and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following and the Closing DateAgent.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties warranties, acknowledgements and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive continue in full force and effect for a period of two (2) years following the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following and the Closing DateAgent.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall and continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following Closing, in each case notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Closing DateSubscriber with respect thereto.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber and the Financial Advisor for a period of two years following time as set forth in the Closing DateFinancial Advisory Agreement.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full fall force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period of two years following and the Closing DateAgent.

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants of the Corporation. The representations, warranties and covenants of the Corporation contained in this Subscription Agreement shall survive the Closing and, notwithstanding such Closing or any investigation made by or on behalf of the Subscriber with respect thereto, shall continue in full force and effect for the benefit of the Subscriber for a period and the Agent (as provided herein pursuant to the terms of two years following the Closing DateAgency Agreement).
