Common use of Survival of Representations, Warranties and Indemnities Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations, Warranties and Indemnities. Subject to the limitations and other provisions of this Agreement, the representations, warranties, indemnities, agreements and covenants made by any party in this Agreement, or pursuant hereto, shall survive this Agreement and the Closing, for three years from the Closing Date, notwithstanding any investigation made at any time by or on behalf of the other parties.
