Survival of Representations, Warranties, etc. Following Closing and/or Termination. Except as expressly provided or limited to the contrary herein or in any instrument delivered pursuant hereto, the representations, warranties, obligations, covenants, agreements, undertakings and indemnifications of the parties contained herein or in any instrument required to be delivered pursuant hereto shall not survive the Closing or termination of this Agreement (and, accordingly, no claim concerning the same may arise after the Closing or termination of this Agreement, as the case may be).
