Common use of Survival of Representations, Warranties, Etc Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations, Warranties, Etc. All representations, warranties, covenants and agreements made herein and in statements or certificates delivered pursuant hereto shall survive any investigation or inspection made by or on behalf of the Lessor and shall continue in full force and effect until all of the obligations of the Guarantor under this Guaranty shall be fully performed in accordance with the terms hereof, and until the payment in full of all sums payable by the Lessee under the Guaranteed Agreements, and until performance in full of all obligations of the Lessee in accordance with the terms and provisions of such agreements.

Survival of Representations, Warranties, Etc. All representations, warranties, covenants and agreements made herein and in statements or certificates delivered pursuant hereto shall survive any investigation or inspection made by or on behalf of the Lessor or Assignee and shall continue in full force and effect until all of the obligations of the Guarantor under this Guaranty shall be fully performed in accordance with the terms hereofhereof including, and until without limitation, the payment in full of all sums payable by the Lessee under the Guaranteed Agreements, and until performance in full of all obligations of the Lessee in accordance with the terms and provisions of such agreementsObligations.
