Common use of Survival of Representations, Warranties, Indemnities, Covenants and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Survival of Representations, Warranties, Indemnities, Covenants and Agreements. Except as otherwise provided for herein, the representations, warranties, indemnities, covenants and agreements of the Company, WTC, the Loan Trustee, the Subordination Agent, each Pass Through Trustee and the Noteholders provided for in this Agreement, and each of their obligations hereunder, shall survive the making of the loans, any return of the Aircraft, the transfer of any interest by any Noteholder of its Equipment Note and the expiration or termination (to the extent arising out of acts or events occurring prior to such expiration) of any Operative Documents.
