Survival of Restrictions. All Transferees of Units under this Article VIII who are not parties to this Agreement shall agree in writing to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement by executing a joinder substantially in the form attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and, other than Permitted Transferees, each such Transferee shall not be deemed to be a Unitholder until such Transferee has been admitted as a Member pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.2(b).
