Common use of Survival of Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Survival of Restrictions. The Participant will advise any future employer of the foregoing restrictions before accepting new employment. The restrictions in this section shall survive the termination of the Participant’s employment with the Company. If the Participant fails to comply with the timed restrictions in this Agreement, the restrictive time periods provided for will be extended by one day for each day the Participant is found to have failed to have complied up to a maximum of twenty-four (24) months.
