Survival of Rights on Termination or Expiry. Termination or expiry of this TSA shall not affect any rights or obligations which may have accrued prior to termination or expiry. The obligations of each Party set out in any Section intended to survive such termination or expiry, including this Section 6.9 and Section 4, Section 8, Section 12, Section 13, Section 16, Section 17 and Section 20 shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding termination or expiry of this TSA.
