Common use of Survival of Rights Clause in Contracts

Survival of Rights. The obligations of the Construction Parties hereunder with respect to payments, Cancellation Costs, warranties, liability and indemnification shall survive termination to the extent necessary to provide for the determination and enforcement of said obligations arising from acts or events that occurred while the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement was in effect. In addition, applicable provisions of this Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will continue in effect after expiration, cancellation or termination to the extent necessary to provide for final xxxxxxxx, payments, and billing adjustments.
