Survival of Specific Provisions. The following Sections, including the rights and obligations contained therein, shall survive the termination of this Amended Agreement: Section 5, Section 6, Section 8, Section 9.5, Section 10, Section 11, Section 12, Section 16.3, Section 17 and Section 21.
