Survival of Tax Claims. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, any obligations of the parties pursuant to this Section 10 shall be unconditional and absolute and shall survive until the expiration of 6 months after the applicable statute of limitations (taking into account any applicable extensions or tollings thereof) relating to the Taxes at issue.
