Survival of Tenant Obligations. No termination of this Lease and no taking possession of and/or reletting the Premises or any part thereof, shall relieve Tenant of its liabilities and obligations hereunder, except as specifically provided herein, all of which shall survive such expiration, termination, repossession or reletting except as otherwise specifically provided.
