Survival of the Purchaser Representations and Warranties. The Purchaser's representations, warranties and covenants contained herein shall survive and continue in full force and effect and be binding upon the Purchaser, notwithstanding the completion of the purchase of the Purchased Securities by the Purchaser pursuant hereto, or the subsequent disposition of the Purchased Securities by the Purchaser.
