Survival of this Agreement. All covenants, agreements, representations and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive the issuance by the Bank of the Letter of Credit and shall continue in full force and effect so long as the Letter of Credit shall be unexpired or any Obligations shall be outstanding and unpaid. The obligation of the Applicant to reimburse the Bank pursuant to Sections 7.1, 7.3 and 7.13 hereof shall survive the payment of the Bonds and termination of this Agreement.
