Common use of Survival of Warranties, Representations, Covenants and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Survival of Warranties, Representations, Covenants and Agreements. All warranties, representations, covenants and agreements of the Corporation and the Underwriters herein contained or contained in documents submitted or required to be submitted pursuant to this Agreement shall survive the purchase by the Underwriters of the Common Shares and shall continue in full force and effect, regardless of the closing of the sale of the Common Shares and regardless of any investigation which may be carried on by the Underwriters, or on their behalf, for a period of two years following the Closing Date. Without limitation of the foregoing, the provisions contained in this Agreement in any way related to the indemnification or the contribution obligations herein shall survive and continue in full force and effect, indefinitely.

All Except as expressly provided for in this Underwriting Agreement, all warranties, representations, covenants and agreements of the Corporation and the Underwriters Xxxxxx herein contained contained, or contained in in, documents submitted or required to be submitted pursuant to this Agreement Underwriting Agreement, shall survive the purchase by the Underwriters of the Common Shares and shall continue in full force and effect, regardless of the closing of the sale of the Common Shares and regardless of any investigation which may be carried on by the Underwriters, or on their behalf, for a period of two years following the Closing Date. Without limitation of the foregoing, the provisions contained in this Underwriting Agreement in any way related to the indemnification or the contribution obligations herein shall survive and continue in full force and effect, indefinitely, subject only to the limitation requirements of applicable law.

Without limitation of the foregoing, the provisions contained in this Underwriting Agreement in any way related to the indemnification or the contribution obligations herein shall survive and continue in full force and effect, indefinitely, subject only to the limitation requirements of applicable law.

Survival of Warranties, Representations, Covenants and Agreements. All warranties, representations, covenants and agreements of the Corporation and the Underwriters Company herein contained or contained in documents submitted or required to be submitted pursuant to this Agreement agreement shall survive the purchase by the Underwriters of the Common Shares Offered Securities and shall continue in full force and effecteffect (with respect to representations and warranties, regardless as to their truth and accuracy as at the Time of Closing) for the benefit of the closing of Underwriters or the sale of the Common Shares and regardless of any investigation which may be carried on by the Underwriters, or on their behalf, Purchasers for a period of two years following ending on the Closing Survival Limitation Date. Without limitation of Notwithstanding the foregoing, the provisions contained in this Agreement agreement in any way related to the indemnification obligations set out under the headings "Indemnity", "Contribution" or the contribution obligations herein "Expenses" hereof shall survive and continue in full force and effect, indefinitely.

Without limitation of the foregoing, the provisions contained in this Underwriting Agreement in any way related to the indemnification or the contribution obligations herein shall survive and continue in full force and effect, indefinitely, subject only to the limitation requirements of applicable law.

Without limitation of the foregoing, the provisions contained in this Underwriting Agreement in any way related to the indemnification or the contribution obligations herein shall survive and continue in full force and effect, indefinitely, subject only to the limitation requirements of applicable law.

Without limitation of the foregoing, the provisions contained in this Agreement in any way related to the indemnification or the contribution obligations herein shall survive and continue in full force and effect, indefinitely, subject only to the limitation requirements of applicable law.
