Common use of Survival of Warranties, Representations, Covenants and Agreements Clause in Contracts

Survival of Warranties, Representations, Covenants and Agreements. All warranties, representations, covenants and agreements of the Corporation and the Agents herein contained or contained in documents submitted or required to be submitted pursuant to this Agreement shall survive the purchase by the Agents of the Common Shares and shall continue in full force and effect, regardless of the closing of the sale of the Common Shares and regardless of any investigation which may be carried on by the Agents, or on their behalf.

Survival of Warranties, Representations, Covenants and Agreements. All warranties, representations, covenants covenants, indemnities and agreements of the Corporation and the Agents herein contained or contained in documents submitted or required to be submitted pursuant to this Agreement shall survive the purchase by the Agents Purchasers of the Common Shares Offered Securities and shall continue in full force and effect, regardless effect for the benefit of the closing Agent for a period of the sale of the Common Shares and regardless of any investigation which may be carried on by the Agents, or on their behalftwo-years.
