Common use of Survival or Non-Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants Clause in Contracts

Survival or Non-Survival of Representations, Warranties and Covenants. All representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of the Parties set forth herein shall expire at the Effective Time other than those covenants and agreements which by their expressed terms are to be performed after the Effective Time.
