SURVIVAL PERIOD IN CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT. Section 2 of the Indemnification Agreement provides that the representations, warranties, covenants or agreements made in the Contribution Agreement shall survive the Closing Date for the periods provided therein. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as modifying the survival period of such representations, warranties, covenants or agreements.
