Common use of Survival; Reliance Clause in Contracts

Survival; Reliance. The representations and warranties of each Grantor set out in this Agreement or contained in any documents delivered to the Collateral Agent or any other Secured Party pursuant to this Agreement shall be considered to have been relied upon by the Secured Parties in entering into the Loan Documents and extending the credit or otherwise performing the transactions thereunder, notwithstanding any investigation on their respective parts.
