Common use of Survival; Reliance Clause in Contracts

Survival; Reliance. The representations and warranties of the Grantors set out in this Agreement or contained in any documents delivered to the Secured pursuant to this Agreement shall be considered to have been relied upon by the Secured Party in entering into the Secured Obligation Documents and extending the credit or otherwise performing the transactions thereunder, notwithstanding any investigation on their respective parts.

Survival; Reliance.
