Survival; Updates of Representations and Warranties. All representations and warranties contained in or made in connection with this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall survive the Closing and any advance made hereunder. Lender acknowledges and agrees that any and all representations and warranties contained in or made under or in connection with this Agreement may be amended, changed or otherwise modified by Borrower, with the consent of Lender, at any time and from time to time after the Closing so as to accurately reflect the matters represented and warranted therein; provided, that such amendments, changes and/or modifications are disclosed in writing to and approved by Lender. Lender shall have no obligation to waive any Event of Default due to any present or future inaccuracy of such representation or warranty or to agree to any amendment, change or modification of such representation or warranty.
