Surviving Company Officers. The officers of Parent immediately following the Effective Time shall be the officers of the Surviving Company until the earlier of their resignation or removal or until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified.
Surviving Company Officers. The officers of the Company immediately prior to the First Effective Time shall be the officers of the Surviving Company until the earlier of their resignation or removal or until their respective successors are duly elected and qualified.
Surviving Company Officers. Unless otherwise determined by Parent prior to the Second Effective Time, the officers of Merger Sub II immediately prior to the Second Effective Time shall be the officers of the Surviving Company immediately after the Second Effective Time, each to hold office in accordance with the provisions of the operating agreement of the Surviving Company.
