Common use of SURVIVING COVENANTS Clause in Contracts

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The parties agree that the covenants contained in Section 9, Section 10, Paragraph 12.2 and Section 13 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The parties agree that the covenants contained in Section 910, Section 1013, Paragraph 12.2 and Section 13 14 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The parties agree that the covenants contained in Section 9, Section 10, Paragraph 12.2 Sections 9 and 10 and Section 13 12, of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
