Common use of SURVIVING COVENANTS Clause in Contracts

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The parties agree that the covenants contained in Section 5.11 (Records), Section 10.4 (Indemnification of CalPERS Determination), Section 11 (Indemnification), Section 12.8 (Claims-Made Policies), Section 13.2 (Consultant Cooperation in Defense of Claims), and Section 18.1 (Confidentiality) of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The parties agree that the covenants contained in Section 5.11 (Records), Section 10.4 (Indemnification of CalPERS Determination), Section 11 (Indemnification), Section 12.8 (Claims-Made Policies), Section 13.2 (Consultant Cooperation in Defense of Claims), and Section 18.1 (Confidentiality) of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement, subject to the provisions and limitations of this Agreement and all otherwise applicable statutes of limitations and repose.

SURVIVING COVENANTS.
