Common use of SURVIVING COVENANTS Clause in Contracts

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The Parties agree that the covenants contained in Sections 6, 8.2, 9, and 13 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The Parties 13.1. To the extent required by applicable law, the parties agree that the covenants contained in Sections 6Section 7, 8.2Section 8, Section 9, Paragraph 10.2, and 13 Section 11 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The Parties parties agree that the covenants contained in Sections 6Section 11, 8.2Section 14, 9, Paragraph 13.2 and 13 Section 15 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

SURVIVING COVENANTS. The Parties parties agree that the covenants contained in Sections 6, 8.28, 9, 10, 11.2, and 13 12 of this Agreement shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
