Surviving Lease Date. In the case of any combination of leases pursuant to this Section 2.1 of this Exhibit H, such combination shall be effective on the date that is the earlier of (a) the date the required amendments to this Lease and the Combination Lease are fully executed and delivered by the parties thereto or (b) the date mutually agreed by Landlord and Tenant.
