The Employment Agreement is terminated effective as of the Separation Date, but you acknowledge and agree that you remain bound by (i) Section 2.1, (ii) Sections 4.3 through 4.17, (iii) Article 5, and (iv) any corresponding definitions in Article 1, in each case, of the Employment Agreement in accordance with their terms, each of which remain in effect notwithstanding the termination of the Employment Agreement.
