All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature would be expected to survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sections 5, 9, 10, 11.3, 11.4, 12, 13.4, 13.5, 14, 15 and 16.
