Common use of Surviving Rights and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Surviving Rights and Obligations. The cancellation, termination or expiry of all or any part of this Agreement shall be without prejudice to the rights of the Parties accrued up to the date of such cancellation, termination or expiry. In any case, clauses 6, 7, 8, 9, 11.3, 11.4, 13, 16, 17 and 18.12 shall continue indefinitely notwithstanding any cancellation, termination or expiry of this Agreement.

Surviving Rights and Obligations. The cancellation, termination Termination or expiry of all or any part expiration of this Agreement for any reason shall be without prejudice to any rights, which may have accrued to the benefit of either party prior to such termination or expiration. The obligations and rights of the Parties accrued up to the date of such cancellationunder Sections 4.3 and 5.5, termination or expiry. In any case, clauses 6, and Articles 7, 8, 9, 11.310, 11.4, 13, 16, 17 11 and 18.12 12 shall continue indefinitely notwithstanding any cancellation, survive termination or expiry expiration of this Agreement.
