Surviving Rights and Obligations. Termination of this Agreement will not affect the rights and obligations of the parties accrued prior to termination hereof. The provisions of Articles 4, 5, 6, 9 and 11 and Sections 7.4, 10.3, and 13.6 will survive the termination of this Agreement for any reason in accordance with their respective terms.
