Suspend Payment. ETP may, at its sole discretion, suspend or withhold any payment if it appears Contractor has or will fail to perform its obligations under this Agreement. ETP shall give Contractor written Notice of the suspension/withhold and provide a reasonable opportunity for cure. This right to suspend or withhold payment is in addition to, and may be exercised concurrent with, termination.
