Suspended Licence. (a) A Broker whose license is suspended shall either surrender all contractual relationship with the Company or shall train a satisfactory replacement without extra compensation. (b) A Broker whose licence is suspended due to medical reasons shall be able to bump into a Sorter’s position for the duration of the suspension.
