Suspension and Termination Schedule 6 shall have effect.
Effect of Termination of Service Except as otherwise provided in accordance with Section 4(b) above, if you cease to be a Service Provider, you will forfeit all unvested Units.
Termination of Service for Cause Upon a termination of the Participant’s Service by the Company for Cause the Option, including the Vested Portion, shall immediately terminate and be forfeited without consideration.
Other Termination of Service If the Optionee's Service with the Participating Company Group terminates for any reason, except Disability or death, the Option, to the extent unexercised and exercisable by the Optionee on the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, may be exercised by the Optionee within three (3) months after the date on which the Optionee's Service terminated, but in any event no later than the Option Expiration Date.
Suspension and termination of procedure 1. The disputing Parties may agree to suspend the work of the Panel at any time for a period not exceeding 12 months following the date of such agreement. In any event, if the work of the Panel has been suspended for more than 12 months, the authority of the Panel shall lapse, unless the disputing Parties agree otherwise. If the authority of the Panel lapses and the disputing Parties have not reached an agreement on the settlement of the dispute, nothing in this Article shall prevent a Party from requesting a new proceeding regarding the same matter.
2. At any time prior to the release of the Panel report, the Parties may agree to terminate the procedures before a Panel by jointly notifying the chair of the Panel on this respect.
Termination of Agreement for Cause 5.1.1. If A/E breaches any of the covenants or conditions of this AGREEMENT, COUNTY shall have the right to terminate this AGREEMENT upon ten (10) days written notice prior to the effective day of termination.
5.1.2. A/E shall have the opportunity to cure the alleged breach prior to termination.
5.1.3. In the event the alleged breach is not cured by A/E prior to termination, all work performed by A/E pursuant to this AGREEMENT, which work has been reduced to plans or other documents, shall be made available to COUNTY.
Term Suspension and Termination 9.1. Term of this MSA. This MSA comes into force on the date you first accept it by whatever means and continues until all Subscriptions expire or have been terminated.
Complete Disposal Upon Termination of Service Agreement Upon Termination of the Service Agreement Provider shall dispose or delete all Student Data obtained under the Service Agreement. Prior to disposition of the data, Provider shall notify LEA in writing of its option to transfer data to a separate account, pursuant to Article II, section 3, above. In no event shall Provider dispose of data pursuant to this provision unless and until Provider has received affirmative written confirmation from LEA that data will not be transferred to a separate account.
Termination of Services 6.2. To promote a non-discriminatory work environment based on the principle of equality, employers and the trade union should adopt appropriate measures to ensure that employees with HIV and AIDS are not unfairly discriminated against and are protected from victimisation through positive measures such as:
(i) preventing unfair discrimination and stigmatisation of people living with HIV or AIDS through the development of HIV/AIDS policies and programmes for the workplace;
(ii) awareness, education and training on the rights of all persons with regard to HIV and AIDS;
(iii) mechanisms to promote acceptance and openness around HIV/AIDS in the workplace;
(iv) providing support for all employees infected or affected by HIV and AIDS; and
(v) grievance procedures and disciplinary measures to deal with HIV-related complaints in the workplace.

You agree not to hold Firstrade Securities Inc. responsible or liable for any disruptions in service due to: telephone network, computer network or other system problems beyond the control of Firstrade Securities Inc.: system maintenance or system upgrades; or any other event or circumstance beyond the control of Firstrade Securities Inc.
