Common use of Suspension by Company Clause in Contracts

Suspension by Company. Holders of Registrable Securities included in any registration statement will not (until further notice) effect sales of Registrable Securities included in any registration statement after receipt of written notice from the Company to suspend sales to permit the Company to correct or update such registration statement or prospectus (which obligation to correct or update the Company will satisfy promptly); but the obligations of the Company with respect to maintaining any registration statement current and effective shall be extended by a period of days equal to the period such suspension is in effect.

Suspension by Company. Holders of Registrable Securities included in any registration statement will not (until further notice) effect sales of Registrable Securities included in any registration statement after receipt of written notice from the Company to suspend sales to permit during a Blackout Period. If the Company notifies the Holders to correct or update suspend the use of a prospectus pursuant to Section 4, the Holders shall suspend the use of such registration statement or prospectus (which obligation to correct or update the Company will satisfy promptly); but the obligations of the Company with respect to maintaining any registration statement current and effective shall be extended by a period of days equal to the period such suspension is in effectprospectus.
