For your and our protection and/or to manage our business, you understand we may suspend (hold and delay) an action or trans- action on an account, loan, product or service for any reason not prohibited by law, including but not limited to, 1) our methods are inoperative due to emergencies or problems, 2) the product or ser- vice has been terminated, 3) we are unable to contact you, 4) fail- ure to provide required documentation, information or ID, 5) failure to use a required method or document, 6) exceeding a limit or an amount set by us, 7) failure to meet a minimum balance for thirty (30) days, 8) inactive or abandoned products or services, 9) de- posited check funds are not available, 10) funds are collateral for an obligation, 11) overuse of actions on our products or services,
