Suspension of Exchange Act Filings; Incomplete Exchange Act Filings; Amendments to Exchange Act Reports. (a) If at any time the Trust is permitted to suspend its reporting obligations under the Exchange Act, on or before January 30 of the first year in which the Certificate Administrator is able to do so under applicable law, the Depositor shall direct the Certificate Administrator to prepare and file any form necessary to be filed with the Commission to suspend such reporting obligations and, to the extent required, the Depositor shall sign such form. With respect to any reporting period occurring after the filing of such form, the obligations of the parties to this Agreement under Section 11.01, Section 11.04, Section 11.06(b), Section 11.07, Section 11.08, Section 11.09 and Section 11.10 shall be suspended. The Certificate Administrator shall provide prompt notice to the Depositor, the Master Servicers, the Special Servicers, the Trustee, the Trust Advisor and the Mortgage Loan Sellers that such form has been filed.
