Suspension of Lessee’s Obligation to Escrow Insurance Premiums. At Lessor’s option and in Lessor’s sole discretion, Lessor may suspend Lessee’s obligation to escrow insurance with Lessor by notifying Lessee in writing of such suspension, and if Lessor so suspends such obligation, then Lessee shall pay in a timely manner the premiums and other charges for any insurance which Lessee is required to maintain under this Lease.
