Suspension of Manager’s Authority. 15.1 In lieu of terminating this Agreement, Company may give written notice to Manager that Company is immediately suspending Manager’s authority in its entirety or in any particular state to bind new or renewal business, change any existing Policy and/or settle any claim during the pendency of any of the following events:
