Common use of Suspension of Payment by Agents Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Payment by Agents. Upon receipt of a notice from the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 4.4, each Paying Agent shall cease making payments in accordance with Clause 4.3 as soon as is reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of a notice from the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 4.5, each Paying Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause 4.3.

Suspension of Payment by Agents. Upon receipt of a notice from the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 4.47.3 (Notification in the event of non-payment), each Paying Agent shall cease making payments in accordance with Clause 4.3 7.4 (Payment by Agents) as soon as is reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of a notice from the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 4.57.5 (Payment after Failure to Preadvise of Late Payment), each Paying Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause 4.37.4 (Payment by Agents).

Upon receipt of a notice from the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 4.55.4, each Paying Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause 4.35.2.

Suspension of Payment by Agents. Upon receipt of a notice from the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 4.45.3, no Agent shall make any payment in accordance with Clause 5.4. Upon receipt of a notice from the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 5.5, each Paying Agent shall cease making payments in accordance with Clause 4.3 5.4 as soon as is reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of a notice from the Principal Paying Agent under Clause 4.55.6, each Paying Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause 4.35.4.

Upon receipt of a notice from the Principal Issuing and Paying Agent under Clause 4.54.6, each Paying Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause 4.3.
