Common use of Suspension of Payment by Agents Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Payment by Agents. Upon receipt of a notice from the Fiscal Agent under sub-Clause 4.3, no Agent shall make any payment in accordance with sub-Clause 4.4. Upon receipt of a notice from the Fiscal Agent under sub-Clause 4.5, each Agent shall cease making payments in accordance with sub-Clause 4.4 as soon as is reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of a notice from the Fiscal Agent under sub-Clause 4.6, each Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with sub-Clause 4.4.
