Suspension of Payment by Agents. Upon receipt of a notice from the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent under Clause 4.5, each Agent shall cease making payments in accordance with Clause 4.3 as soon as is reasonably practicable. Upon receipt of a notice from the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent under Clause 4.6, each Agent shall make, or shall recommence making, payments in accordance with Clause 4.3.
