Common use of Suspension of Revenue Sharing Contributions Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Revenue Sharing Contributions. In addition to any other right under this Agreement, British Columbia may suspend further Revenue Sharing Contributions under this Agreement where Chawathil First Nation: (a) is in material breach of its obligations under Articles 6, 8 or 11 or Appendix B of this Agreement; or (b) has outstanding unfulfilled financial obligations to British Columbia arising from a licence issued further to an agreement between Chawathil First Nation and British Columbia.

Suspension of Revenue Sharing Contributions. In addition to any other right under this Agreement, British Columbia may suspend further Revenue Sharing Contributions under this Agreement where Chawathil Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation: (a) is in material breach of its obligations under Articles 6, 8 or 11 or Appendix B of this Agreement; or (b) has outstanding unfulfilled financial obligations to British Columbia arising from a licence issued further to an agreement between Chawathil Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation and British Columbia.

In addition to any other right under this Agreement, British Columbia may suspend further Revenue Sharing Contributions under this Agreement where Chawathil First Nationthe Ts’elxwéyeqw Tribe: (a) is in material breach of its obligations under Articles 6, 8 or 11 or Appendix B of this Agreement; or (b) has outstanding unfulfilled financial obligations to British Columbia arising from a licence issued further to an agreement between Chawathil First Nation Ts’elxwéyeqw Tribe and British Columbia.

In addition to any other right under this Agreement, British Columbia may suspend further Revenue Sharing Contributions under this Agreement where Chawathil Simpcw First Nation: (a) is in material breach of its obligations under Articles 6, 8 or 11 or Appendix B of this Agreement; or (b) has outstanding unfulfilled financial obligations to British Columbia arising from a licence issued further to an agreement between Chawathil First Nation and British Columbia.
