Suspension of SAV Program for Technical Failure. For a given SAV Program, the Parties may suspend the conduct of activities under such SAV Program upon mutual written agreement that there is a Technical Failure with respect to the SAVs for such SAV Program, subject to the consequences in Section 3.2(b).
