Common use of Suspension of Voting Rights Clause in Contracts

Suspension of Voting Rights. In the event any Owner is delinquent in the payment of any Assessments or other amounts due under any of the provisions of the Project Documents for a period of ninety (90) days, said Owner’s right to vote as a Member of the Association shall automatically be suspended, and shall remain suspended until all payments, including accrued interest and attorneys’ fees, are brought current.

Suspension of Voting Rights. In the event any Owner is delinquent shall be in arrears in the payment of any Assessments or other amounts amount due under any of the provisions of the Project Documents this Declaration for a period of ninety thirty (9030) days, said or shall be in default in the performance of any of the terms of this Declaration for a period of thirty (30) days, such Owner’s right to vote as a Member member of the Association shall automatically be suspended, suspended and shall remain suspended until all payments, including accrued interest and attorneys’ fees, payments are brought currentcurrent and all defaults remedied.

In the event any Owner shall be in default of the performance of any of the terms of this Declaration for a period of thirty (30) days, such Owners right to vote as a member of the Association shall be suspended and shall remain suspended until all defaults are remedied.
