SUSPENSION OR EXTENSION. 11.1 Manitoba may suspend or extend the time frames for this Agreement in writing if necessary by reason of circumstances beyond the control of the Clinic or through no fault of the Clinic.
SUSPENSION OR EXTENSION. 15(1) Manitoba may, in writing and at its sole option, from time to time, delay or suspend the Services being provided under this Agreement, in whole or in part, for such period of time as may, in the opinion of Manitoba, be necessary.
SUSPENSION OR EXTENSION. 15.01 Manitoba Housing may, at its sole discretion, from time to time, delay or suspend Services being provided under this Agreement, in whole or in part, in writing for such period of time as, in the opinion of Manitoba Housing, may be necessary.
SUSPENSION OR EXTENSION. 12.01 Manitoba Public Insurance may, at its sole option, from time to time, delay or suspend the Services being provided under this Agreement, in whole or in part, for such period of time as may, in the opinion of Manitoba Public Insurance, be necessary. Manitoba Public Insurance shall provide three (3) days prior written notice to you of its intention to delay or suspend the Services. Manitoba Public Insurance shall not be obliged to make payments to you except with respect to those Services already satisfactorily performed.
