SUSPENSION OR EXTENSION. 11.1 Manitoba may suspend or extend the time frames for this Agreement in writing if necessary by reason of circumstances beyond the control of the Clinic or through no fault of the Clinic. 11.2 In particular, should the Interprofessional Team Member leave the employ of the RHA, or be unavailable to provide service to the Clinic due to a long-term disability, Manitoba may extend the term of this Agreement by the duration for which the Clinic is without the services of the Interprofessional Team Member.

SUSPENSION OR EXTENSION. 15(1) Manitoba may, in writing and at its sole option, from time to time, delay or suspend the Services being provided under this Agreement, in whole or in part, for such period of time as may, in the opinion of Manitoba, be necessary. 15(2) Manitoba may, in writing and at its sole option, extend the time in which the Services are to be provided if necessary by reason of circumstances beyond the control of the ESP or through no fault of the ESP. 15(3) Where there is a delay or suspension under subsection 15(1) or an extension of time under subsection 15(2), all terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect against the ESP. The ESP shall not be entitled to make any claim for damages by reasons of the delay, suspension or extension.

SUSPENSION OR EXTENSION. 15.01 Manitoba Housing may, at its sole discretion, from time to time, delay or suspend Services being provided under this Agreement, in whole or in part, in writing for such period of time as, in the opinion of Manitoba Housing, may be necessary. 15.02 Manitoba Housing may, at its sole discretion, extend the time in which the Services are to be provided in writing if necessary by reason of circumstances beyond the control of the Contractor or through no fault of the Contractor. 15.03 Where there is a delay or suspension under subsection 15.01 or an extension of time under subsection 15.02, all terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect against the Contractor. The Contractor shall not be entitled to make any claim for damages by reason of the delay, suspension or extension.

SUSPENSION OR EXTENSION. ‌ 15.01 MBLL may, at its sole option, extend, delay or suspend Services being provided under this Contract, in whole or in part, in writing for such period of time as may, in the opinion of MBLL, be necessary. 15.02 MBLL may, at its sole option, extend the time in which the Services are to be provided in writing if necessary by reason of circumstances beyond the control of the Contractor or through no fault or negligence of the Contractor, including, without limitation, acts of God, nature, riots, acts of war, fire, earthquake, interruption in utilities or other disasters. 15.03 If, during the Term any bargaining unit of employees of the Contractor or MBLL strikes or is locked out, the Contract will, at the option of MBLL, either be suspended for the duration of such strike or lockout or be terminated by written notice given by MBLL. Such suspension or termination, as the case may be, shall be effective as at the date specified in such written notice, but not earlier than one (1) day after such written notice is given. 15.04 Where there is a delay, suspension, or an extension of time under this section, all terms and conditions of this Contract shall continue in full force and effect against the Contractor. The Contractor shall not be entitled to make any claim for damages by reason of the delay, suspension or extension.

SUSPENSION OR EXTENSION. 12.01 Manitoba Public Insurance may, at its sole option, from time to time, delay or suspend the Services being provided under this Agreement, in whole or in part, for such period of time as may, in the opinion of Manitoba Public Insurance, be necessary. Manitoba Public Insurance shall provide three (3) days prior written notice to you of its intention to delay or suspend the Services. Manitoba Public Insurance shall not be obliged to make payments to you except with respect to those Services already satisfactorily performed. 12.02 Manitoba Public Insurance may, at its sole option, extend in writing the time or number and type of sessions [as applicable] in which the Services are to be provided if it deems necessary. 12.03 Where there is a delay or suspension under Section 12.01, or an extension under Section 12.02, all terms and conditions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect against you. You shall not be entitled to make any claim for damages by reason of the delay, suspension or extension.
