Suspension or Termination of Payments. In the event that you fail to comply with your obligations under this Agreement or Sections 7, 8 or 9 of the Employment Agreement, in addition to any other legal remedies it may have for such breach the Company will have the right to terminate or suspend the Termination Benefits. The termination or suspension of such payments in the event of such breach by you will not affect your continuing obligations under this Agreement.
