Suspension or Termination of Sales. The Company may, upon notice to the Agent in writing or by telephone (confirmed immediately by verifiable email), suspend any sale of Depositary Units (including Depositary Units that have been sold but have not settled on the Settlement Date), and immediately terminate the Selling Period.
