Suspension or Termination. Authority may suspend or terminate this Contract for convenience with seven (7) days prior written notice to Consultant of such action. Upon termination of this Contract in accordance with this paragraph, Authority will have no further obligation to the Consultant hereunder except to pay the Consultant unpaid fees and expenses which the Consultant can reasonably show to have been earned under this Contract. Under no circumstances may Consultant claim or recover consequential damages from Authority. In the event of suspension of Services, the Consultant shall resume the full performance of the Services when directed in writing to do so by Authority.
