Common use of Suspension or Terminations Clause in Contracts

Suspension or Terminations. 10.1. The Receiving Parties may at any time terminate the Agreement by giving ZORALab prior written notice. The Products and Services shall be deemed terminated within 5 Working Days from the receipt of the termination notice by ZORALab. 10.2. ZORALab reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, terminate, or suspend the Products and Services for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion by the way of a written notice to the Receiving Parties and the Receiving Parties agree that ZORALab shall not be liable for such cancellation, withdrawal, termination, and suspension.
