Common use of Suspension/Removals Clause in Contracts

Suspension/Removals. If Partner becomes aware that any Application Project, or Customer Data violates the Acceptable Use Policy set forth at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.x om/cloud/terms/aup (“AUP”), Partner will immediately suspend the Application, Project, or Customer’s access and/or remove the relevant Customer Data or (as applicable). Customer acknowledges and agrees that if Partner somehow fails to suspend or remove as noted in the prior sentence, then Google may directly suspend Customer’s accounts for the applicable Products and Services, disable the Project or Application, or disable the accounts (as may be applicable) until the AUP violation is corrected.
