SVB Leerink Counsel Legal Opinion. SVB Leerink shall have received from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., counsel for SVB Leerink, such opinion or opinions, on or before the date on which the delivery of the Company Counsel legal opinions are required pursuant to Section 7(n) and Section 7(o), with respect to such matters as SVB Leerink may reasonably require, and the Company shall have furnished to such counsel such documents as they request for enabling them to pass upon such matters.
